Organic Winemaking

Winemaker, Ken Carypidis, has over 30 years experience working with vineyards and winemaking. More recently, he has become a key decision maker in producing organic wines. With a passion for viticulture and a commitment to offering exceptional and affordable organic wine, the choices of fruits are carefully selected to ensure only the finest organic grapes are used.

Jim Irvine, a premium wine maker in the Eden Valley South Australia region, has over 50 years of vintage experience in the wine industry. His fountain of knowledge and his distinct approach to wine making has contributed to the success of the Pure Vision organic wine range.

A great deal of emphasis is placed on ensuring the vines are maintained with enough water, sunlight and nutrients, and picked at their optimum ripeness to obtain maximum potential out of the grapes; thus producing exceptional organic wine.

The organic winemaking process requires a greater level of attention over the conventional wines. The winery is certified ensuring only natural products are used throughout the entire wine making process, including the cleaning process. A minimal level of sulphur dioxide is used as a preservative to prevent wine spoilage, oxidation and also serves to enhance the freshness of the wine.

The Pure Vision winemaking team is continually working towards sustaining and even improving the quality of their wine after each vintage.
