Our full-bodied Cabernet Sauvignon is the perfect accompaniment to all your red meat dishes – Ribeye steak, slow-cooked beef such as Osso Bucco (don’t forget to add a dash of Cab in the slow cooker!), grilled lamb with rosemary and a hearty beef burger with aged cheese.
